Another card for this weekend, this time with TGIF Challenges #tgifc523, and it’s a colour challenge.

For my card I used a very old Stampin’ Up! stamp, Stippled Blossoms, I love how these colours work with this stamp. And the greeting is from a Close to My Heart set from Stampin’ Up!

Freshly made sketch #684

I’m back today with a card for the Freshly Made Sketches challenge blog #684.

I chose one of my all time favourite stamps for the focal point, a lovely flower from Stampin’ Up!’s Flowing Flowers.

Back with a saturday sketch

I made this card for Sketch Saturday #744. I don’t make many masculine cards and get caught out when I’m asked for one, it was an interesting sketch to work with and I love how this card came together.

I chose to use more neutral colours with a splash of Stampin’ Up!’s Balmy Blue & Azure Afternoon for the flowers (has to be flowers somewhere 😃), and I love the TV from Stampin’ Up!’s Tune In stamp and die set.

I love the colours used for this challenge at Retro Rubber Challenge Blog #rrcb247.

The stamp set I used is called Tasteful Touches by Stampin’ Up! and I’ve had it for several years, and used it lots of times!

I chose to stagger my strips a bit, top with a pretty tag and embellish with some sequins and ribbon.

I chose to use patterned paper for my card, and I love these new papers from Stampin’ Up! They are so fresh and pretty.

Retro rubber #246 Winter

I realised when I started to make this card for the Retro Rubber Challenge Blog #rrcb246, that in my 25 years of making a card cannot remember ever making a specifically Winter card before. Living in Australia, our Christmas is hot, so a snowflake is not the normal theme for us. However, I enjoyed the process 🙂 I love this stamp set from Stampin’ Up!, Season of Chic and use it quite a bit on my cards. And it happens to have a snowflake! I’ve had this stamp set for around 3 years.
