Last year in March I was encouraged to challenge myself to make a card a day for my mental health and wellbeing. It takes my mind off what is going on and gets me into a different head space. I believe it is a form of mindfulness. I find creating, spending time in my craft room, my happy place, is good for me. I only got half way through that month. I find myself again dealing with a lot of stress so decided I needed to do this challenge again.
So here we are again – A Card A Day Challenge – October 2022
