Retro rubber challenge #206

I had some time so created a second card for this challenge with Retro Rubber Challenge blog #rrcb206 Tic Tac Toe.

For this card I chose the second row Die cut, Flowers, and Embossing. The stamp I used is Because I Care by Stampin’ Up!, at least 10 years old I think, and the diecut frame is from Close To My Heart.

Hi Janette! I saw your card over at Retro Rubber and just had to come over and tell you how nice it is! I have this stamp set and absolutely love it. I love how you framed the flower too. It fits perfectly. Great job! 🙂
